For those of us who did PCP (Preferred Customer Program), TODAY is the day that we can order all of the NEW holiday products!!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!!!!!!!! Don't worry if you did not do PCP, you can order the new products on the 15th.

OMG! I had the craziest day! This morning when I went to do my order the online card charging service was not working properly and my order wound up being charged 3 times! The third time it was declined and the bank contacted me. Getting the two other charges reversed was ridiculous.
I called the bank and they said call MK. I called MK and they said the bank was supposed to do it, but they might require verbal or written authorization from MK. So, I called the bank back and they said just do a 3-way call w/ MK. Then, I called MK back and talked to a supernice girl (aren't they all, though?) who did the 3-way call. I was able to punch in my account info and all that.
The next lady I talked to at the bank gave me the third degree interrogation! Never mind mother's maiden name. She gave me multiple choice (and I mean MULTIPLE choices) questions like, when did you buy your home at xxxxx address? What was weird was she gave the wrong street number. I kept telling her it was my third call in 15 minutes and NONE of the other reps I'd spoken to had asked me these questions. She was like a robot and the MK girl was laughing (so was I).
FINALLY, they got to the point, but while we were holding, the MK girl said, "gosh, shades, I thought they might want your blood type!"
So, I heart MK and I hope my bank did what they were supposed to do. I'll have to keep checking the account because that rep was nuts!
In any case, I got my order done and I cannot WAIT for it to arrive! I am showing that last page of Applause at my appointments until my stuff comes in. Hoping to do some big holiday gift business. :)
That stinks!!!!!! I agree, it is always easier to deal with MK Corporate than it is to deal with other corporate people.
I am glad you finally got your order placed. Mine is going in today.
